Reva is a motorcycle ride-tracking and crew-sharing application developed and operated by Anthony Christian Yanez (the "Controller").

2. Data We Collect
2.1 Precise Location & Motion Data
- Real-time GPS coordinates, speed, altitude, heading, and accuracy while a ride is active (including background tracking when enabled).
- Motion sensor data (accelerometer and gyroscope) for lean angle detection, ride start/end detection, and ride statistics.
2.2 Ride & Trip Data
- Recorded routes (GPS points), distance, duration, average/max speed, max lean angles (left/right), turn-by-turn lean maps, and ride summaries.
- Leaderboard rankings and achievements derived from your rides.
2.3 Account & Profile Data
- Username/display name, profile picture (if uploaded), email (if using email sign-in), and account settings.
- Crew membership, shared ride data, and friend/crew activity.
2.4 Photos and Shared Ride Cards
Profile photos and shared ride cards that you upload or generate in the app.
2.5 Device & Technical Data
Device model, operating system version, app version, advertising identifier (IDFA), and crash logs.
2.6 Subscription & Purchase Data
Subscription status, plan, and purchase history (processed via RevenueCat and Apple).

4. Location & Background Tracking
Reva requires precise location access for core functionality. Background location is used only when you explicitly enable it. You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
5. Third-Party Services
- Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store distribution, in-app purchases.
- Supabase — User accounts, ride data, crew data, real-time features.
- RevenueCat — Subscription management.
- Firebase (Google) — Push notifications and optional analytics/crash reporting.
- MapKit — Mapping and routing (Apple).
6. Data Sharing
We only share data with the service providers listed above and with your crew members when you actively choose to share a ride or live location.
We do not sell your personal data to any third parties, nor do we share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Data Retention
- Ride data: Retained until you delete it or delete your account.
- Account data: Until you delete your account.
- Live session data: Deleted shortly after the session ends.
8. Your Rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data. To delete your account:
- In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account
9. International Data Transfers
As a US-based developer, some of your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) and the security measures of our service providers to protect your data during these transfers.
10. California and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights
Reva voluntarily extends California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) rights to all U.S. users where possible. You have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, request deletion of your data, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell your data).

11. Children
Reva is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
12. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and access controls to protect your data.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified in-app.
